MIA

Nope, we didn't disappear off the face of the earth. The girl has just been really lame. She's been working crazy hours again the last few weeks. She wakes up really early and hogs the computer to work for a couple of hours before going in to her office. Then she comes home really late, feeds and plays with us, takes an hour nap, then works for a few more hours before going to sleep. How boring is that!

Meanwhile, we have been very busy. Cowcat (a black and white cat that roams our neighborhood) had kittens who like to hang out in our driveway. We have been very busy watching out the front door to keep the icky kitties away. There's also a mutant pigeon that has decided to hang out and poop on our front porch. We are doing a good job of scaring it away. Sometimes it won't leave, so we have to get the girl. She goes outside to shoot it with the hose to get rid of it and all its poop. We think she should just open the door and let me and BLU chase the kitties and the pigeon.

At least she remembers to feed and play with you! Maybe after all her hard work she will be able to let you use the computer more!

Hi, friends.
That is a bad situation for all of you. For your girl because of all that work she has to do, and for you because you are not able to use the computer to tell us how your are doing??
I hope your girl finishes all her work soon!!
Have a nice day

I bet your girl hasn't told you that she is earning lots of extra money with all of those hours - or at least my Mom hopes she is! Then she can buy you Frosty Paws and salmon treats and new stuffies and mammoth bones!

I'll have to send Buddy over to go on pigeon patrol. So far this year he has killed 3 sparrows, 1 magpie and 1 pigeon.

Thanks for all the offers of help with the critters. If they went in our back yard, we could take care of them. Any of you are welcome to drop by to get the kitties in the front, but the girl said not to touch the pigeon. She thinks it is diseased or has mites or something gross. That's why she won't let us out to get it.

Zach - my girl wishes she got extra pay for all those hours. Unfortunately she gets paid the same if she works 30 hours or 80! :-(
