Exotic visitor

This is our back yard. Let's see what kinds of animals we can find in it today.
Let's look in this tree.

Way up high.....

Can you see the bird?
We think he must be lost because he doesn't look like our normal birds.

It looks like he enjoyed eating our tree's flowers though.

Pest invasion

If I thought Comet just wanted to go outside to play, I would have let him. However, I knew he wanted to invade my city. Right before he came out, I had just finished more building.
You can see on of my chambers on the left of this picture.

Look how nice and clean one of my other chambers is.

As soon as the girl made me let Comet out the back door, he ran into my city.
Look at him! He went all the way in it.
And then he made a mess!!! Look at all the dust he's kicking up.
No respect at all!
And worse, he thinks it's funny!
He better watch out. The next time he tries to invade my city I'm going to bite him, and the girl won't be able to stop me.

Green eggs and (no) ham

We were very curious as to what the green eggs look like inside. We finally convinced our girl to open them up. We wonder if she got two bowls out so we each get an egg. That would be great.
They looked pretty normal and not green. Bummer! We're not sure why she put half of each egg into a different bowl.

We think our girl was disappointed that they weren't green too, since she added a bunch of the green weeds to her eggs. It didn't work. The eggs still aren't green. It just looks like she has weeds on her plate.
We wonder what she's going to do with the other halves of the eggs.
Score!!!! Can I eat it yet?
Hurry up and sit, BLU. I want to eat the egg.
Yeah! I think I got the bigger one.
It was delicious. Now, where's my ham?

To market.... to market

Let's see what the girl bought at the farmer's market today.
Are you sure she went to the market? This looks like a bunch of weeds from the yard to me.

Why would she buy weeds? Is there anything good in there?

Maybe there's something at the bottom of the bag.
Look at these eggs I found. I wonder if they taste good.
Should we try them? I'm a bit worried about the two green ones. Do you think those are the ones used to make Green Eggs and Ham?

Maybe. Or, maybe this is what happens when the Easter Bunny gets lazy, and lets the chickens color the eggs.

Happy Easter!
We'll let you know if the girl buys some ham to go with our green eggs.

Bad Karma

Karma bit our girl for playing the mean April Fool's joke on us.
This weekend we got to check out all the blooming plants in our yard and the beautiful spring weather.
And we got to roll around in the yard and take nice long naps.
Our girl had to wake up really early in the morning and drive 2 hours to work. Uphill. In the snow.

Our girl doesn't like snow or cold weather, so she wasn't too happy about it (even though we think it would be fun to play in).
When she left work, the snow was starting to melt. Then she had to drive 2 hours back down the hill to come home.

Hopefully that will teach her not to play mean tricks on us again!

Unbelievable!

Look at the surprise the girl had for me! My own house!!

And then she got another house for BLU. Now we won't have to share the same space.
Even though we don't like to swim, she bought us a pool so we can entertain our friends.

What's a party without food? She said she would cook nice juicy steaks for us and all of our friends. Mmmmmmmm..... look at this yummy steak.
And then, if we are still hungry, she will make a big pile of bacon!!

What an amazing day! We wonder what got into our girl that she decided to be so generous! She's usually so cheap.

Then she said she has one more thing for us.... and she said
APRIL FOOLS!!!!

Oh man, we knew it was too good to be true.
But.....here's something that looks like it should be an April Fool's prank, but is really true.

This is an actual hotel in Idaho!
